If goals were met, put a thumbs up and move on. There is no need to discuss

If we did not meet goals, this is where you would state the reason why.

If we did not meet production, you ask why and use the Pareto like below to track all the issues and resolve them. 

Monthly Pareto will show what hurdles are in the way when trying to meet daily production goals. 

Every Month you will have a project topic to initiate a project over to create more efficiency. 

Anytime something goes on the Pareto there should be an assigned action item.
